In the beginning of October I ran the Urban Cow Half Marathon for the third time.  The weather was nice and sunny.  A little chilly in the morning 61 degrees, I warmed up after I started running. This run is relatively easy for me, it starts and ends at William Land Park.  Running through the scenic neighborhood, downtown Sacramento, Old Sacramento, along the Sacramento River and back through the neighborhood to the park is what I enjoy most.  There is so beauty and history to see while running this half marathon.  I completed the run this in 2:27, my fastest completion time is 1:59 so I still have room for improvement. This is a race will continue to run for years to come.
